It has been an endless battle and I still have not received my money back, although promised on endless occasions. Not to be trusted. Wish there was a way to limit their advertising on the internet. It would save alot of heartache.
It's only been 3 weeks since I placed my order, but it looks like I'm going to lose my money. They have answered me twice with a "scripted" reply about my dress about to be shipped. From what I have read here, I'm hoping I don't lose my money.
I ordered a dress from them. They notified me that it was out of stock. Their refund process is ridiculous! Once you request a refund, the put the money in your wallet at the site. To get it sent to your bank account you have to submit a second request. There is nothing stated on the website about order insurance in their refund policies, but if you didnt pay for it, you dont get a refund. The problem was totally on their end. I should not have to pay for anything in order to get my refund!
I ordered 5 items of clothes from fashionmia.com, June 07,2018.
Even though I do not received any item, it is shown in my order status that 2 of 5 items were already dispatched to me.
What happened to my dispatched items? And the other items are still processing in the order status.
Maybe delivery will be taken over long and long time, and still waiting message.
I am not sure if my items will be delivered or not.
This website is a joke, ordered and paid may 28th for a dress, they said they shipped 28th june and gave a tracking number, on the post website they provide from china have no record of the transaction, they don't answer LINE, no answer on emails too. This is a scan!

As many others I ordered dress and paid but until no did not see the goods coming. The customer service writes nice letters but does not ship the goods. Tracking number not valid. No refund received.

I ordered 4 items on May 30,2018 but received only one item a week ago. I started asking for a refund since July but no refund no response so far.
I contacted U. S authorities, but they can't do anything about it because Fashionmia did not register in USA. I am planning a trip to Hong Kong and China soon, and hope to get local authorities involved.
After writing a review here, I received a few responses. I was told two of the items I ordered was out of stock so I sent them two replacements. On June 27th I received confirmation from FashionMia that it will take 3-5 business days for processing. It has been 5 business days and it still in process. After waiting for 38 days the whole FashionMia website started summer clearance, and the prices for most of my ordered items are dropped. What is the point to continue waiting? It is very very disappointing. I need a full refund.
I am beyond disgusted with this business. Placed order. Receipt of merchandise not in timely manner. Items did not fit. Returned items well within time required for refund/credit to my original charge. Days later I received an email from the return center instructing me that I needed to pay for return insurance which I did. Then received follow up email from fashion email stating they needed the receipt from the return center showing I paid for the insurance. I have sent this receipt to them multiple times, only for them to send back other emails telling me I did not purchase the insurance even though I provided them with the document. I did get far enough into the process finally and received a request that I fill out a fashionmia refund management page. This required me to give them my original charge card information so that they could process my refund. Then once again, I received another email from their billing dept stating I had not purchased the required return insurance. OH MY GOD! I still have no refund. This is beyond absurd. Warning. Do not purchase anything from this site.
I ordered 2 dresses (advertised as made from wool). They took an eternity to arrive and then turned out to be really cheap polyester, definitely nothing like the dresses advertised on the site. I returned them but APPARENTLY they never received my returns. I wrote to them many times asking them to find my return in their warehouse but strangely each time they stopped replying to me once it came to checking their returns stock. Don't waste your money and time on this company!
I ordered 9 items 21 days ago and am still waiting on any replies. I have emailed numerous times and have heard NOTHING concerning the order, only one reply to wait & be patient. The tracking number they gave is bogus. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered from this company, but they have SO MANY ADS that I thought "surely this must be a reputable company". I am afraid it is not. Best of luck if you have ordered anything, I really do hope you receive it, but I am afraid I will never see the dresses and will never see my $150 again...

I ordered my items on the 19th of June and they still havent dispatched any of the items. I have emailed customer service to find out whats going on but only received an automated email. Basic customer service isnt that hard. If my items arent dispatched this week I will be demanding a refund. I will never go through fashionMia again!

I paid for 8 items, they took over a month to send the order, they cancelled three of the items and said that 5 will be sent however never refunded the cancellation for those 3 items. Month and a half later I got a package with 3 items only, two missing. I tried to open a dispute with PayPal but that people is using fake information and PayPal is not helping me even when I'm providing them proof that they cancelled and the other items are still showing as processed. I don't know what to do, they should refund and now PayPal is telling me to return the items to China which costs a lot in order for me to get my money for items they never sent but decided to keep the money, not even mentioning the amount of emails I sent them but never got a response and they marked them as solved without even replying.
Ordered a number of items on May 7,2018. Got a notification that some of the items were out of stock and so I asked for a refund on those items. They responded that they can credit which I did not want.
Any how, still waiting for the items to arrive as of July 7th (and these are apparently the items that are in stock). Inquired several times but do not get a response. Have finally filed a dispute with my credit card company.
My advice is to order from Macy's or something and don't get suckered into purchasing from them (which they do have a nice site that looks quite reliable but is anything but that.

I ordered 2 dresses from fashionmia, I only received 1 and it was not what I wanted, so it's going to a second hand clothing store. After waiting 2 months for the other dress I contacted them and they said that they had a shortage of the style I wanted so I should choose another dress, so I did. Again I never received the dress so I got in touch with PayPal to resolve my problem. I received a message from fashionmia telling me my dress had been shipped with a tracking number, but when I tried to use the tracking number I couldn't find the company that was shipping my dress. Fashionmia sent a message to PayPal giving them a tracking number, and PayPal informed me that the tracking number shows that I received my dress. I don't know how they fooled PayPal but they robbed me, and by all the negative reviews I'm not the only victim.

If I could give a negative rating I would! I contacted customer service inquiring where my order was. I then received this ridiculous response requesting money vs providing any update on my order! Wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. While investigating further beware this company sells the same items under different names.

I received emails from Nora, Alicia kept asking me to patiently wait for my merchandises, but I didn't receive yet. It was over 2 months already. Nora is very helpful she told me she will check into it. But still I didn't receive it. Now I received email from Mandy said I need to pay Insurance for them to send my merchandises. But I didn't receive my merchandise from the beginning and you guy said insurance is optional. I didn't ask for refund I just not received my merchandises. Please rush and send my items please. These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Oh and btw, my order too 3 months to get to me and when it did, two of the items fell apart at the seams as I took them gently from the bag they were shipped in. Answer: Fashion Mia took months for my order to arrive. Cheap, flimsy material. No tags. One blouse I bought, I couldn't even fit it over my head. Donating to Goodwill. What a scam.
Answer: At this point you might wait to get your order and then if not right then send back. It is going to cost alot of $ to return items because they go back to China and it is very EXPENSIVE! Good luck! It was a Nightmare for me!
Answer: Cancel. My advice is to just cancel. They haven't shipped their garbage yet, so if it's not too late, it's your best bet. The quality is the worst and they are extremely rude and unhelpful. If it's too late dispute directly with your credit card company or PayPal (whichever you used)

Check out other sites to purchase clothes and first and foremost read reviews online before purchasing. That was my lesson I took from this horrible experience.
Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Answer: It was impossible for me to find a phone number for them. I sent all questions I had to their email. They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
