Actually of 0 stars was an option, they would get that!

Please note, I just received the order yesterday after ordering almost a month ago. Also, you should know that they are are based in China, so that is what their sizes are based off of.

Here was their response when I requested a refund.

We are glad that you have got the order, but we are sincerely sorry for the size problem.
According to our return & exchange policy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery and the products in new, unused condition with original packaging.If you want to send the items back to exchange, the return-shipping fee, which is costly in some cases, needs to be afforded by yourself.
Could you please contact with your local post office and ask about how much the shipping fee will cost? If it is expensive, I'd suggest you not send the items back, then i can give you a $40 coupon as compensation of the size problem, you can use coupon to buy other item in our store. Please let me know your opinion. Thanks

I order two dresses from the website on Oct 8th 2015, and just like everyone else, my receipt and email both stated that the shipment would be here within 3-5 business days. However, my dresses still haven't shown up, and every time i try to access the link they sent me to track them, it re-routes me to my email. It doesn't work. You can't track your shipment. So i did some digging online and found several bad reviews about this website and if i had been smart enough to check first, i would have never ordered from them. And even when trying to contact customer service, no one answers. The automated system tells you you can push the number 1 to leave a message and have them call you back, but nothing happens when you do. You stay on hold forever. This whole website is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

I ordered a dress for my mother in laws funeral which was on 8 Oct 2015.
I paid an extra $11 to receive the item within 5 days.
I am still waiting.
I always pay with my credit card so I got in touch with them and they are in the process of refunding me using the charge back service.
I also contacted my Credit Card Company and requested a new card with a different number, just to be sure they didn't keep my details.
Don't use this site.

I can see that the company is very good at applying their own positive reviews, which is very common in any industry, but you are still missing some necessary parts of speech which makes your ruse highly visible. Thank you for doing this as it has helped me to avoid purchasing products from China, and believing the real customer responses. I wish people understood that we made a deal to provide free shipping from China as a perk to increase trade, and that is why they never want to accept anything back unless we pay for that as well. China does not pay our shipping costs, people! It is to their benefit to do this. Do not buy directly for anything, and this is why.

Like everyone else what I received and what was advertised are two different things and they have the cheek to imply it's my fault.

This is the reply I received from their customer service which basically does tell you to stop complaining and accept it or be even more out of pocket for the return.

"I am really have the same feeling with you. Such like some clothing you really like when you bought them home, actually, you found the feeling is very different from the original.
Under the policy for the return.the shipping fee for return need to pay by your self.we suggest you consult the shipping fee for return item.If it is cheap, we are willing to offer you the the address for you return them back, If not, we suggest you keep this item as a gift to some they need, we offer you a cash coupon for you next purchase, is that acceptable?"

Thankfully I paid via paypal so I filed a claim against them easily.

Advice to the public about FashionMia. Please protect yourself and do not follow the few positive reviews you see. Keep in mind that many companies buy reviews to make themselves look good. Please read the reviews before you decide to buy. The large volume of negative reviews should tell you something. Also know that if you decide to use this site, there is a posibility that you may not get your money back should you require a refund. I have placed on warning on facebook. I do not have a Twitter account, but if anyone reading this review has one, please spread the word. There is power in number. Put FashionMia out of business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CHINA. There is no guarantee and no recourse. Although Paypal will cover their own guarantee, that is all you will get. Same as if you go through Ebay and the company is overseas. Ebay will not reimburse those losses. Buy from legitimate companies in legitimate countries. China uses child labor, pays slave wages. They rip off American and European designs and make them up in the cheapest material possible. This shouldn't be news to anyone. What quality can you expect?.

I ordered six items. Waited two months while factories in China made them.
I had read that the sizing ran small and since I am a size 14 I ordered 3xxx.
Re made from the cheapest material possible. Also, I just couldn't believe my
Eyes. I took one of the items to JC Penny and told them that I was looking for
Something in this size... showed them the 3xxx item from Mia...
I was referred to the girls department... size 4.
Have not received a refund... 2 months and waiting... no headway.
Just remember when you order... you are dealing directly with China.
If you are not a size 4 or less... DO NOT BOTHER...

Like all of you who had bad experience with this come I too have had a bad taste in my mouth after dealing with the... I visited the site got excited about the prices and immedialetly placed an order for 3 items. A month and countless emails and false track numbers I finally got my items.
The items were a joke... The pictures on the site are deceitful. I wear a miduim but ordered large incase... I gave the adult large blouse to my niece who wears a small in this civilized part of the world we live in... The flowy floor length skirt with tons of volune i fell in love with, turned out to be neither long nor short. With un even hem line and to add insult to injury it was polyester fabric lined with a jersey linning. Third item was large adult size long dress... I can not even give it away... Because I like to keep my friends.
This is deceptive advertizing... It is placed in China
