Ordered 6 tops for Christmas parties a month ago and still waiting. Called over a week ago and couldn't understand the rep so I hung up. I should have listened to my husband and researched the company first. After reading reviews of how cheaply the clothes are made, I am disappointed that I even wasted my time. Guess I'll go shopping now.

I regret the day I looked at their website! I order 2 jean dresses which seemed really nice and paid $54.00. I had to wait close to 2 months to receive them, I was very disappointed at what I saw! These dresses were not made well at all, they were so tiny, they would probably fit a child. I follow the instructions to return them, and unfortunately the nightmare continued. I had to pay $29.00 for the package to be returned and that took more than 2 months and guess what I just received the package back a couple of days ago, saying"Insufficient address". Meanwhile after I originally sent the package, I was emailing them constantly and they never had a straight answer, this was when I realized that something was not right and that this company was not a honest company. Save your money do not order from them I just lost close $80 (rounding it off) and I was thinking of sending it back, but that means that I would lose another $29, it probably won't be worth it. So Ladies please do not order they are not a HONEST company! Really Disappointed Customer:-(

I placed my order for 1 sweater on 11/7. They took my payment and sent me a confirmation email. After 1 week of not receiving an email regarding my order being shipped or processed I decided to look up my tracking number. When my tracking number pulled up it said the status was still processing. I noticed on their website they stated that processing can take roughly 2 weeks so i let it go. On 11/22 I decided to call the customer service number which ended up being a complete joke. The lady had no idea what I was asking and didn't know why my order was still processing she advised me she would find out and send me an email with all the information for my order, well surprise surprise I NEVER received an email from anyone. I sent an urgent email to them later that night letting them know I was upset with the awful customer service. And again they NEVER responded to my email. I randomly decided to look at my tracking number today and they just sent the order from their warehouse today on 11/26 almost a month after I placed my order and paid for it. Now I am waiting for this sweater to get here and from reading all the other reviews I am expecting to be disappointed with the item I am about to receive. I am never ordering from this company again. Unless you are willing to wait months for 1 item I wouldn't order from this company.

If you thinking about buying things from this retailer, I recommend you not to. I bought 4 dresses and with 2 dresses are unwearable, the size was totally different from what they describe after I measured it myself. I requested for the refund several times and send numerous emails nearly a month, I still receive nothing until now and they keep telling me the refund is still in process. It's kind of bilk, do not buy anything from them!

I bought a coat from FashionMia about 3 weeks ago. I have yet to receive the coat so I cannot yet comment on the quality. However, the customer service, if there is any, is awful. I have sent in multiple requests via the website and I have called into their customer service line which is a joke. Nobody has responded to any of my requests and when you call in, you either get the automated "Leave a message" without a tone to let you leave one, or you get the "reps are currently busy" and then they say "connecting" and it hangs up on you. I am thoroughly convinced that this company is a scam. For the first 2 weeks, I was able to track my order on the site, but now, when I enter in my order number, it won't pull anything up. My advice would be to NEVER order from this site no matter how cute or how much of a deal you THINK you are getting. It is not worth it.

I placed an order of several dresses. Thinking things might run small, I ordered a size up. When they finally arrived about 4 wks later, they were all at least two sizes too small. They are made in China for SMALL people! I couldn't even get my arm in the sleeve of one dress. Trying to get a refund is proving to be harder than expected. The phone number disconnects and the emails are going unanswered. According the to website, I have to ship everything back to China at my expense. Who knows when or IF I'll actually get a refund.

After 2 months of back and forth emails I finally got a refund. They admitted that the items I received were not what they pictured or described on their website and told me not to send the items back as postage would be too much and they would issue a refund. There is one big problem with the refund. I spent $77 and all they face me for a refund was $30.2 weeks ago I sent them another email about the refund and all they say is "My related colleague is working on your dispute." When I asked what was happening with my dispute I got the same response. As I said before. DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHIONMIA.COM. Save your money. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Long story short, you get what you pay for! It's cheap. It's going to take forever. The tickets {problem resolution} will take twice forever. I was undaunted though because I spent a fortune on the dress I paid for ($30). Instead of sending the right order, I got a $10 blouse I'd never seen before. After 5 weeks of, "we couldn't open your photo of the item" I said do this right or I will make trouble. FINALLY, my dress arrived. It looked only slightly like the photo.

I'm still waiting for my order placed some 10 days ago - all tracking states is "processing". Although my credit card was charged almost immediately, I trust that if items need to be returned, the refund is just as quick!

With hindsight, should've read the reviews - most of which are extremely negative - before ordering $150 worth of clothing plus $30 shipping fee!
Just goes to show if it looks too good to be true then it probably is...

I am from Germany and have placed an order a couple of weeks before. I have to say that I do not understand the bad reviews. What do people expect?
It took pretty long time - about 4 weeks- until I have received the stuff but therefore there was no shipment fee to pay.
The quality of the products is good - means good quality of cloth and seawing. Two of the items I have ordered are kind of a little bit smaller then it came across on the photos of the website.
When I have received the package I thought they have forgotten one item but: surprise- they have sent it two weeks later instead of let me wait another two weeks - that is what I call excellent service.
The price is unbeatable and I always ask myself "What do people expect when buying things for little money?".
I think that some of the reviews are simply not fair.
