I have been using online Casinos and Sportsbook for over a decade now and have never experienced an outright theft of my money like I have recently on Fanduel Casino. A few months back I decided to play some Live Table Sicbo. I placed a $16 wager on big which pays 1 to 1. After placing the bet and seeing the funds leave my balance, I received a loading screen as the software had disconnected me from the session. I was automatically reloaded to the same table/same live dealer and saw the result of the last action. The dice had come up as big! This should have been a payout of $32, my original stake plus the winnings. I however, received no payout and the next hand rolled. Perplexed, I noted my balance which was missing the $16 wager and also the winnings of $16. I immediately contacted support who stated my bet had not been confirmed. I inquired as to why the funds had not been returned to my account and received some long winded run around about how they would check to see if the table was owing money etc. The next day I received an email from support stating that I had been disconnected from the table due to my internet connection and the funds had been returned to me. I informed them that in fact I was missing the funds and they had not been recredited to my account. I was given no response. Several months later, against my better judgement, I decided to give Fanduel Casino another try. Again, I decided to play some live table Sicbo. I spread some chips around the table totalling $4.40. I then noted a pop up on my screen which stated "Your bet has not been confirmed". Again, I was disconnected from the table and then automatically reconnected into the same table/same live dealer without any action on my part. Again, I noticed my balance was missing my stake of $4.40. Again I contacted customer support and explained the situation. The CSR informed me she was checking with her team. After a brief wait in the live chat, I was informed that the table history showed my hand had lost!? LOL. I informed customer service that since my bet had "not been confirmed", the outcome of the action was irrelevant to my balance and I had funds missing... Customer service stated they would elevate my inquiry to the appropriate team. Here is the email response from customer service about my money being stolen by their software, yet again: Hi Mark,
Thank you for contacting our Casino Customer Support. I'm sorry to hear that your recent wager was not successfully placed during the course of your play. The funds from the attempted wager are still available in your account balance.

Live dealer wager rejections like this happen when there is a disruption in a player's game connection, signal strength, or location detection. Please keep in mind that a weak/interrupted signal or even a short disconnection can cause this.
In these instances, a bet that you are looking to place may not be accepted, meaning that you do not risk losing your stake but also do not receive winnings regardless of the result of the hand.
We want to make sure that any bet rejections for your play are limited going forward. To ensure that your play runs as smoothly as possible, please try the following steps:
1. Connect to a strong wifi network

Your FanDuel Team To confirm the funds were never returned to me and were not in my playable balance. The software had simply stolen my money, which has unjustly enriched Fanduel. My 2 instances of theft are for a meager $36.40. I know other people who have had this happen to them for hundreds of dollars a pop... Clearly Fanduel is aware of what is happening, this is not an isolated incident to me or my account. Fanduel is simply stealing people's money from right under their noses. I strongly recommend, that you do not trust these sheisters' purposeful casino software that has been designed to periodically or upon manual initiation(?) steal your money under the guise of technical issues...!

After one week the support line doesn't email me. It's unbelievable. They don't want to give my money back.
