Constant manual authorization flags and every single time they have a different excuse, ever consider your team is incompetent? I Never experience this at ANY competitor except you! I do lots of business overseas even and never run into this that often. But yes blame the customer. I'm done with these fools, way too many other cheaper competitors that Know how to run a business. R. I. P Fanatical sorry I ever recommended you to anyone and will be not doing so going forward.
I have purchased a ton of bundles from them where I received a fantastic deal on games! Do check the particular game because I've seen games in the bundles where the bundle price isn't really a deal for that particular game. They stand by their products and if you run into any issues in the first 14 days, they will refund you without issue. Even if the game code is used and just will not boot on Steam (you will have to prove that - don't try to scam them). Having said that, avoid the mystery bundles unless you like gambling. Most of the games that I received were cheapo $1 or less games and they REALLY stretch the categories - I received a police procedural as a strategy game. There is literally nowhere on the internet that the game is classified as a strategy game. They have good sales on other games too, but comparable to other major game sites. This is NOT a gray market site, so you can trust the codes that you get from them.
Its great website to buy games from and already I bought 4 games from them and it will be my primary source for games.
Legitimate site that allows you to purchase games for cheaper than normal. I have been purchasing from here for years.

I bought a couple of bundles from this store a while back, never encountered any problems. Prices for games that are bundled are generally pretty good, however their store prices are nothing special (didn't notice anything significantly lower than what is there on other stores).
One downside I could say is that lately the newer bundles haven't brought much to the table, it's mostly limited to indie games and alike, while in the past there were more quality games in their bundles.
