I've been getting my suits from falakenoor since 2016, and they never disappoint! Very accommodating to alterations (lining, sleeve length etc) and they always fulfil their shipping promises :)

Hi firstly id like to start by saying all those who have written bad reviews have exaggerated as i got an excellent service ordered about £1500 worth of clothes and each one of them were sooo beautiful and the service was on point... falakenoor provide replies straight away and also sort out whatever is that u want to change or discuss without any objections...
I'll be definitely ordering again as the clothes were amazing excellent quality...

I ordered a lehenga on may 19 and it's July 1st and I still have not received it and I contacted the boutique on WhatsApp and told them that u never received a confirmation email and they will not respond to me.

I've waited for two month for my package. They don't respond to emails and are give you no tracking device for your order. After months they sent me one email- after I sent them about 6-7 emails and let me know that my order was being processed still. I asked for a cancellation and still have not heard back in weeks. Terrible business and not professional what so ever. Wouldn't recommend this experience on anyone.

I he'd order a dress 4 week ago 106 € I can't celebrate my eid also for this dress I was waiting they. Don't send me any notifications don't reply me any massage or mail I don't know when it's will came

I have ordered few times every order was eid promised but never was it fulfilled. Plus this time I ordered 3 weeks ago when I emailed few times then they reply with they don't have this product I have to chose a deferent one which is rediculous they never get back to your email. Worse service ever never buy from them again.

They will stop responding to any emails as soon as you make a purchase. Will not update you at all. I disputed the transaction on paypal, they finally responded after that saying "Since you dispute it on PayPal, they will refund you not us."

Then later they emailed me: "Since you are impatient, we are cancelling your order and refunding you"

Kind of funny and unprofessional. But I guess I deserve that for choosing a fake company hah.

If it was possible to give negative stars, then I would definitely give them that rating. Seriously save you time and money because these people don't care about their customers. I placed an order on June 5th. Today is August 14th and I still don't have my order. They never once emailed me on their own, I've been the one to email at all times to get info on my orders, I waited 6 weeks before sending an email and all they said was usually items take 3 to 5 weeks to be delivered, but because of covid, there were delays, never saying how long the delay would be. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ended up waiting almost a whole month later to send an email because once again I hadn't gotten any update from them. At this point I was very angry and told them to cancel my order and give me a refund to which they replied 5 days later saying that my order could not be cancelled because it was now ready to be shipped in 24 hours. At the time I sent my email, my order was clearly not ready to be shipped. Their website states that if there is delay on their end, customers can opt for a refund IF the company reaches out to them to tell them about delay, but this company doesn't communicate with customers unless customers email them first. I've been going back and forth with them asking them to refund me because of how long they took, but they ignore everything I say and just tell me that they shipped my order now so they can't give me a refund. Mind you I haven't even received the product yet and made it clear to them in my emails that I did not want their items. They only shipped out my items when I complained asking for a refund. It's absolutely ridiculous that they don't tell their customers about an over 2 month delay and expect them to be ok with it. Such an awful company, not worth your money or time. Customer service people don't care at all about your complaints, they are just gonna blame you.

I wouldn't even give this company even 1 rating that's how bad they are, I ordered 7 bridesmaids dresses from them paid extra to come on time even had to pay extra for overshipnent fee, didnt even arrive on time an the quality absolute rubbish doesn't even look like the picture on there website an the fitting... let's say cudnt even put half our bodies in!
Avoid at all cost there communication is garbage, incompetent company would've been better to buy our bridesmaids from a market stall, an because I complained about them they blocked me from all there social media page.

They are seriously the worst site for desi clothes! I saw their instagram after an influencer posted a pic with their clothes, the clothes looked nice in pics and the prices were cheap so i ordered. Seriously regret that purchase everyday! They posted a pic from maria b but what they sent was a fake! I have purchased real maria b in pakistan and this design was not real maria b... it was also not like the pic at all. They post real designer pics and then send u replicas... when i brought this issue to "customer service" they straight out said the problem was in my eyes. Worst people ever and worst website. Like other reviewers said, do not trust what they post.
