Falakenoor is SHADY af. My fiancé ordered my wedding dress on Sunday night. On Monday morning he got an email saying that they declined his payment and cancelled the order. He checked his credit card statements where he saw the money leave the account and also be deposited back in. He thought it was an error so he went to replace the order. This time they upped the price by $300. So we thought oh no worries we can reach out to customer service and have them fix the issue at hand. Nope, they refused to give us the original price. I find it very convenient that the price goes up that much immediately after my order was cancelled. This is actually not the first time I've had a problem with them. I waited 6 months for dresses in the past, they don't respond to your emails in a timely manner. Their customer service representatives are RUDE af. And their prices aren't even fair. Do yourself a favor find the dress on the designers website you'll get it for cheaper and you won't be giving your money to these crooks

I ordered clothes from them. One item was not shipped. The clothes that were sent were poorly stitched, had threads all over them and were filthy.

Order placed for Eid in advance of 2 month and payment taken and no sign of any delivery, I email and enquired about order and they denied that order is not for Eid, regardless agreed the they post with 2 week, but 3 months no delivery or order confirmation, tried to contact via Uk phone no which is fake and watspp call on this number never answered or reply, I have a proven over 100 emails and few time got reply that they get back to me soon and again forgotten,
Despite non stop emails at the end they agreed to refund the money as order cannot be honoured! What? Why display on web page if order is not ready to dispatch,
They are rude and physically handled the enquiry and that is their way to make money and scam the innocent people, take the money and dont Dispatch the order and people get fedup and ending up losing hope and forget the to get refund… avoid and i will never ever visit their shop… it is even waste of time to even given worst reviews.Bad name for country …,

I had a friend's wedding coming up and I needed a saree and in urgent, I fell upon this website and found the perfect look. I bought the Lavender and Gold Embroidered saree and I loved it. I also got a lot of compliments at the wedding. The colour and the embroidery was the best. Will buy again soon.

I emailed them to check the status of my order, which was placed 3 weeks prior. I received an email stating that the designer discontinued the item so it was no longer available. It's ridiculous that 3 weeks go by and not once did someone reach out to let me know about this. Not only that, but had I not been the one to email first, I would have never known! Its completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They told me I could place another order and it will be delivered before my scheduled event. I absolutely declined and asked for a full refund, which I was told, will be issued between 5-9 business days. We'll see.

I placed my order in mid March, as they had all these promo on their site "in time for eid".

I heard nothing from them until I messaged them continuously on Instagram, email and what's app. I finally got a response after continuously chasing them for several days, eid had come and gone and I needed my order ASAP for a wedding which was just under two weeks.

They did not apologise, or explain anything. Kept saying we will check and come back - which took several more days of chasing.

Finally they said your order is still being made and will be shipped next week. I said how is this ok when you advertised on your site eid delivery guaranteed. They didn't care and didn't acknowledge, made it like it's a "you" problem.

I finally cancelled my order and got a refund and had no outfit days before the wedding.

Their service is disgusting and unprofessional. It seems to be handled by illiterate and rude people who don't care about their customers but just getting max orders in.

Avoid like the plague!

They takes weeks to respond or do not respond back to emails at all. The communication with this company is so poor and you will most likely receive your outfit super late.

Ordered dresses 3 months before my sisters wedding received them 2 months after the wedding took place. Don't have any use for them now. Asked for a refund- told I can only have a credit note - never would order from this company again so don't see the use in that! Customer service is terrible, once you've placed an order you're lucky to receive a response. I only received responses after spamming the company's DMs and commenting on their posts. Worst experience I've ever had with a company!

Absolute scam, was advised delivery within a few weeks. It's been almost 3 months and no outfits. Multiple emails sent and all got awful responses, spoke to original company and they advised that they do not supply this site, meaning their claim of "originals only" is also fake. Do not buy from here

My family member bought an outfit for her brother's wedding and they never shipped her order or return her money. $800 down the drain! They said they're processing the refund twice then disappeared on her and when she commented on their Instagram they deleted the comments. Don't buy from them! They scam their customers and don't send out the outfit. It's been 8 months and they still haven't sent the money back.

I've bought about 4 or 5 outfits and I've never had a real issue until my latest purchase. I'll admit the workmanship was not the best but it wasn't a deal breaker. For my most recent purchase I asked for full lining as I always have done. The outfit arrived with no lining on the sleeves which was disappointing but I thought, I'll give them a chance to give me a partial refund since I'll need to get the sleeves lined locally. No response to any of my emails, not one. And it's not even a huge amount of money, so on principle, I am very disappointed that I haven't heard a peep from them. I even sent a picture as proof that the sleeves are unlined even though I paid for full lining. Due to this experience, I would advise anyone reading this to not buy from here for any special occasions. Do not rely on this place to get your order right or provide any customer service if you experience any issues because they don't care once they get your money. Don't overspend here either, it's not worth it. If you're not too fussed and are more flexible, then you will be fine ordering here but do expect a wait time of at least 2 months. I used to be fine with all of these things but all because they can't even do the right thing and give a tiny refund, I won't be shopping here again.

I purchased a $200 suit from Falak E Noor Boutique. It took more than a month to ship but after all that waiting I am so disappointed with the suit I got. In the uploaded photos one can clearly see that the stitching is so poor. There are strings and work hanging around and there are patterns where the embroidery is completely missing and completing the pattern. It's the last time I'm buying from them and I warn everyone not to waste their hard-earned money at this store. They didn't even have the decency to check the suit before shipping it. It's not even ironed well. The worst part is the loose threads coming out and the stars and other things are loose and hanging. What a waste of my money and time.

I don't ever leave bad reviews but I just have to because this has been a very frustrating experience for me. When I first discovered this company, I didn't think to check the reviews and I saw a beautiful outfit that I wanted, I ended up ordering the outfit (in July) for my wedding (in October), I had to reach out to the company regarding adding another item on to my order and they notified me that my order would be shipped out between certain dates. It's now been 10 days past that time, I have emailed them 1 week ago, and again couple days ago, I also messaged their dm's on Instagram and messaged them on WhatsApp. I have gotten no response, I have nothing to wear to my wedding as I chose to trust this company with my outfit. And I'm now down about $400. All I am asking for is a simple response on an estimated time of arrival for my outfit. I read and understand that it may take up to 7 working weeks but I still have not gotten an update. Time is running out and if I don't get my outfit in time, i will be down $400 plus how much ever it is going to cost me to find a replacement.
I see all these negative reviews about their customer service and I was hoping it wasn't true but it seems to me as if they have proven those negative comments true. I do understand some people have great experiences but it seems to be a trend with this company and no responses. It is very unprofessional and I paid a lot of money to have to lose.
At this point it's like I've ran into a wall because there is no number to give them a call, you just have to sit tight and hope that someone responds to my emails and messages.

I regretted my purchase right away but could not get my money back. I unfortunately got to read their many bad reviews after I placed an order. They then gave a store credit coupon code, every time i want to redeem it the coupon code does not work.

Amazing quality for the price of the dresses! Super affordable and really cute dresses. I've order twice from here and have gotten outfits I loved. They're really comfortable and not heavy. The team is super sweet and they've even reposted my pictures. I recommend the brand, they have a variety of options for all sizes and just really beautiful pieces.

My dress came really quickly and the customer service is great! The outfit was absolutely stunning and matched the picture completely. Will definitely be buying from here again.

I am in love with the dress I ordered from Falak-e-Noor. Usually, I have a hard time finding the right size but the dress fits perfectly. I was absolutely mesmerized by the vast unique collection of clothes they have. The dress was even better quality than the picture on the site. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for Indian/Pakistani-style dresses.

I cannot express how much I love all my outfits that I order from Falak-e-Noor. I can trust them with my eyes clothes from stitching, material and lastly online purchasing. I have ordered from many other sites but was never satisfied with either the material, the stitching or the website was not trustworthy but once I started ordering from Falak-e-Noor I never turned back. I ordered my walima outfit from this site and honestly couldn't be happier! My family have ordered from this site for years so I knew I was in good hands for my event. Whenever I needed updates the team were so helpful. I wouldn't think twice about ordering from these guys again. The quality of the outfit and the tailoring is on point! Also just to add the delivery is also very quick, I am based in the UK and received my outfit in the matter of a few working days from it being dispatched.
