Ordered what were supposed to be linen sheets made in Italy on December 6th for a Christmas gift. Received no communication or tracking until I started a dispute of the purchase after a month of waiting. At that point, I was told the purchase was in transit, but oddly, the tracking showed it coming from China. Tried multiple times to contact through the website, which isn't working anymore, and no response. When the package did finally arrive on January 18th, it was cheap polyester sheets that you can see through, definitely not linen, and not from Italy.
