Putting all the known controversies aside and reviewing the core product- particularly the mobile app- for the operating budget, you would think FB would take the time to design and execute well, and make technical glitches easy to report. It's glitchy, the algorithms are strange, and there's no ability to customize/personalize. Glitchy: you can't jump to a time stamp or point in videos. If that's deliberate design to force you to watch the whole thing, then it's manipulative and a poor user experience. The only thing I like to use is FB marketplace, but again, glitchy. Everytime I navigate there, I get suggested products I am not interested in and that are inappropriate or explicit. If I hit the "X" to remove them from suggested, they just reappear along with similar items regardless of the preference I have clearly expressed as a user by removing them. If you want to advertise things to me, fine- but at least develop a user experience that adapts or give me a say in it. Or give me the option to expressly tell you what I'm interested in- I GLADLY will tell you so I don't receive any more explicit or immature content when I'm just trying to buy a KitchenAid. I think the algorithm literally just took my age as an input and decided, "oh! You're a millennial. You must love 420 stickers and cake pans shaped like body parts". Really amazing app experience no one asked for between the Products You Might Like and loading up your feed with videos of police chases so you can't see normal things like updates from family members. So annoying I delete the app to limit the data Meta can harvest (sorry Meta- you didn't earn it) between searches and just look at NextDoor and Craigslist first when buying locally.

I can confidently say that this is the best app I have ever used. I was able to access a healthier workout program, a new meal plan, and a real-time calorie and water tracker, as well as an extensive list of exercises to help me get in shape faster. At home, without gyms, I could eventually reach my fitness goal. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Periodically I practice various meditation techniques. There are also exercises to consolidate your results!

Your phone number don't work. Never does. Your not available never. Your email don't even work never calls back or emails you guys don't. You let stalkers online such as katelynn michelle fultz. Let Ohio people on there and never take their profile down like Katelynn. Help center don't work either never works tried it and you all don't do your part on your end. Because if you did her account the biggest poser and stalker who created fake accounts and fake pages of me and doesn't want to say sorry for it or take accountable, but threaten to call the cops enough to take her account down, and Amanda Webb. You won't. Not doing your job. Let stalkers and harasser continue. Never banned them. Still let them blackmail. Still don't do $#*! about it. Still let victims be attacked. Same with celebrities too. You think this is fair. Its not. The fact that you Facebook also take her side as well. When she lies so bad then gaslights then flips the story around making herself look like the good gut same with Amanda webb. This is not right but you won't take accountability to take their profile down. So for that while not doing your job right. I'm out. You lost a costumer. Ive been trying to get help for missing posts. I think I wrote like 20 messages to them and I'm left with no response. It's just a joke how this company just doesn't care at all.

Too many spams and fake id's. Harmful for children. People share illegal videos and pictures. Sexual content is too much. People text personally with fake id's.

Banned from account. No way of securing. Utter rubbish. Wouldn't advise. Banned for no reason. Will not help recover account and all ways provided by Facebook to fix this don't work.

Facebook is absolute garbage! Try and and get technical support with these clowns. They have links to a live chat agents that go nowhere accept take you in circles. Zuckerberg!,...with the amount of money you make with Facebook I would think you could provide a tech support number. Pathetic!

My fb account was hacked three weeks ago. They gained access to my account, changed my email and phone number, and I just noticed there is a new email associated with it. I have tried to respond to the security emails, all of the rabbit holes of "follow these steps", etc with the same outcome! Unacceptable! You don't hear of other social media sites having this problem and fb doesn't seem to care. I'm starting to believe that maybe they are the ones putting the hackers in play.

Facebook has been around for years, I've had an account ever since they came out. Which they have added a lot more features and things to do. I believe it's a great way to spend your time when you have nothing else going on by scrolling the feed. It's always a great way to meet need people, not to mention sell things you no longer need and buy things you didn't know you needed. Facebook really is a great website for just about anything. I don't know what the world would do without Facebook. It truly does make the world go round.

People drug with ecstasy on this site to make you hear you don't look like photo and feel someone injected with silicone. They do it on myspace and Twitter also. You won't have any money with family no more and have to figure it out on this drug

I am always getting restricted for things lke comments about movies while I see others actually threatening groups ( like Democrats) and that's fine. I am so tired of the bias. Of course I couldn't post this on there. I'd probably be restricted for another month.

Pathetic platform for a corporation as big as Facebook. Wish I could rate it zero. I have an ad posted and need to edit it. When I select edit, there is no button to update your edit. You're just stuck with what you wrote. I'm sure it's because they intend to have taken your money from that ad and have you create a new ad and pay those fees all over again. Can't wait for Facebook to go the way of MySpace. It's definitely headed there.

Facebook Marketplace is full of Chinese Scams. You got Bose Multi CD radios that are continually advertised at under $50. That even Bose has a warning about. There is a folding.22 Magnum pistol regularly advertised. There must be a ton more scams but Mark Zuckerberg doesn't care. Facebook is too big and Mark Zuckerberg is hurting members. The man needs to be held accountable.

Ordered several items on March 19th and still waiting. I emailed customer service twice with no response. Either deliver my items I have paid for or give back my money.

Bought it for my daughter, who is going through chemo treatments. This hat is perfect for her. Soft and comfortable. Attractive and a good weight. Thank you for making this tough time a little easier!
