Here's another company that's impossible to get a live person to complain to; just computer generated responses. Facebook allows some of the most vile, filthy content but if you make a comment they don't like you get your account suspended. It's okay for them though... totally holier then though attitude... hypocrisy defined... I've found that not spending time on Facebook has actually improved my mood... so screw them... closed account.
After more than two months of back-and-forth and over 60 emails, my issue remains completely unresolved. Throughout this process, I received mostly template, copy-paste replies that did not address the actual problem. Different agents repeated the same instructions again and again, despite the fact that we had already gone through those exact steps — including two live calls where we repeated the same verification process with no result. Meetings were scheduled and then missed. I was repeatedly asked for availability, provided it, and then no one called. Each response claimed the case was being handled "with priority," yet nothing changed. There was no clear ownership, no concrete next steps, and no accountability. As a business, this had a direct financial impact, since my ad account remained unusable for weeks with no explanation or timeline. Instead of solutions, I received automated reassurance and delays. This is not what professional, business-critical customer support should look like. The lack of transparency, ownership, and resolution makes it extremely difficult to trust the platform when real issues arise.
This just began on Sunday Oct. 12 2025. My feed is now overrun with irrelevant trash and clutter from people and entities to whom I have not subscribed and have never followed. This wastes my connection bandwidth and computer resources, along with my time. If I block one of the sources, another takes its place. I'm not going to post a screenshot because this might imply the person or page is responsible for effectively spamming me; Facebook, and not the person/page, is apparently deciding what to show to whom, including those who have not followed or subscribed.
I'm not going to lie, Facebook is the best social media website that I've ever used, and I've used a lot. I was trolled, cyberbullied, threatened, insulted, mocked and done all sorts of other negative things by (former and current) social media websites such as Yahoo! Answers, Omegle, Reddit, X (former Twitter), and even Quora. Facebook is excellent for having online relationships with good people in your life that you trust, especially for introverts like me. Just make sure that these folks are like that. And since people there use their real names, instances of trolling are fewer.
I accidentally added ₹10,000 INR to the wrong Facebook Ads account (Account ID: **************). No ads were run on this account – the full balance remains unused. I intended to add the funds to my business Ads account (Madhrri Ads Account). I've contacted Meta Support but haven't received a resolution yet. Is there any way to get a refund or transfer of the balance to the correct account? Has anyone experienced a similar issue and resolved it? Any insights or help would be appreciated!
Facebook is all fine & good for posting things done, family & friend posts & memories, but after that, You have a bunch of sissies that are offended by anything & everything you post, idiots looking for love in all the wrong ways & places, the admin. Will restrict & block you for idiotic crap. Basically, aside from fam. Memories, it's worthless to me personally!

Not only was I charged a tax on a private sale that never went through, but then Facebook charged me a tax again on the return! There is no one to contact and all attempts to rectify have been exhausted.
Absolutely hands down the worst customer support of any company I've ever dealt with! I've been trying since September to get back into my account which I was somehow locked out of when I got a new phone. I've submitted help requests with my photo ID more times then I can count! Never have I received a message or call back! They will not help me. I've called the 1800 number and left messages on every option. Heard nothing back. Seriously a horrible business when you can't even help your subscribers. Terribly disappointed in Facebook!

Zuckerburg says he stands for free speech, BUT they watch me, a 60-year-old grandmother, and scrutinize me non stop. My friend from school and I were kidding around and he said something funny and innocent and I said "I'll drive up there and beat you lol" and got banned for 6 days for inciting violence. Once before my daughter said she hated turning 30 and I said "I'd kill to be 30 again" - another ban for violence. 'we were talking about bullies and I said I had one person at one time call me a fat pig and got banned for hate speech. Is anybody really reading stuff or do they have their idiot bots? Trying to find another site to go to. Got 3 to choose from so I can leave fb as many are also doing the same. Fb staff are banning people from posting/commenting/joining groups BUT the catch is there is no warning or reason. NONE at all so they are doing it just for fun, 30 days at a time. It would have to be the worst run company in the world, full of racism, hatred for anzacs taking down posts, hatred for working families with loved ones dying from vaccination but blocking them from posting. I would rate this site as the worst in the WORLD. Can't wait to be rid of it.
Honestly if didnt feel obligated to use this trite rubbish because of my business I would happily delete my account. They only have interest in taking money rather than providing a good service with human beings to review any complaints and fake profiles rather than some poorly functioning computer algorithm.
My problem with Facebook is if you change phones you can't access your account because of the new browser. The crazy part is it makes you put a 2 step verification on your account then if something happens to your device you are now locked out of your own account and guess what from? The 2 step. Billion dollar company but doesn't have not 1 live human to help its customers nor adequate outlets to even get in touch with someone. I've had my account for over 10 years and can't access it. No generator code, that's in the account. Everything is in the account. Of course there is not a single person in the billion dollar company that is hired to help with the issue only email support that you never get a response to. It amazes me how complete trash the support side of the company is. You would think because it's tech they would hire some tech reps for support. I recently deleted all of my profiles on Facebook and contacted an agency that helps with investigations of illegal things that aren't allowed that Facebook allows on its platform because they dont find somebody saying " im going to kill the president" a violation if their:

Facebook claims to be a "neutral platform" where everyone can publicly express their concerns. Too many people believe that claim. In reality, facebook is a propaganda machine of the corrupt political elite to try to keep that elite in power.
Facebook censored my thread there on 10 January 2022, two months after it was first posted, and just when it was starting to get exposure and when it started including references from government websites that directly contradict the government's fraudulent claims of COVID19 being a "pandemic." Facebook can't claim it only became aware of my thread on 10 January 2022 since, within 3 days of my having originally posted my thread there, facebook pasted the following sticky on it: "Visit the COVID-19 Information Center for vaccine resources."
Facebook's censorship tactics are far more deceitful than even twitter's, since twitter flat out censor's you whereas facebook censors you only when your posts gain awareness, the obvious intent of that being to dupe people at first sight into falsely and dangerously believing that "facebook is an open and neutral platform." Facebook needs to lose its Section 230 shield so it can be sued as a publisher and held accountable for its censorship. It's obviously not the "neutral platform" that Section 230 requires.

Wow and a funny feeling hit me and I knew this was too good to be true and it was a bloody scammer that is allow on Facebook to scam people and that's down to the people who is running the show!
Facebook don't care and they bully people who fund the scammer and make comments and that person get kicked out of Facebook for 30 days!

I do a lot of business on Facebook and last year i was hacked and they disabled my account and i lost pictures videos and business so i made a second account this past year all was going good was not on it and i get a email stating i had to change passcode sure enough it was hacked they sent me a review told me i can continue to do business but as i tried i get a reading your no longer able to buy or sell on marketplace which i was hacked a second time, reached out to Facebook many times not once did they return any messages or emails if i could say one thing i would say very disappointed in how they operate there site it's a joke
