Here's another company that's impossible to get a live person to complain to; just computer generated responses. Facebook allows some of the most vile, filthy content but if you make a comment they don't like you get your account suspended. It's okay for them though... totally holier then though attitude... hypocrisy defined... I've found that not spending time on Facebook has actually improved my mood... so screw them... closed account.
After more than two months of back-and-forth and over 60 emails, my issue remains completely unresolved. Throughout this process, I received mostly template, copy-paste replies that did not address the actual problem. Different agents repeated the same instructions again and again, despite the fact that we had already gone through those exact steps — including two live calls where we repeated the same verification process with no result. Meetings were scheduled and then missed. I was repeatedly asked for availability, provided it, and then no one called. Each response claimed the case was being handled "with priority," yet nothing changed. There was no clear ownership, no concrete next steps, and no accountability. As a business, this had a direct financial impact, since my ad account remained unusable for weeks with no explanation or timeline. Instead of solutions, I received automated reassurance and delays. This is not what professional, business-critical customer support should look like. The lack of transparency, ownership, and resolution makes it extremely difficult to trust the platform when real issues arise.
This just began on Sunday Oct. 12 2025. My feed is now overrun with irrelevant trash and clutter from people and entities to whom I have not subscribed and have never followed. This wastes my connection bandwidth and computer resources, along with my time. If I block one of the sources, another takes its place. I'm not going to post a screenshot because this might imply the person or page is responsible for effectively spamming me; Facebook, and not the person/page, is apparently deciding what to show to whom, including those who have not followed or subscribed.
I'm not going to lie, Facebook is the best social media website that I've ever used, and I've used a lot. I was trolled, cyberbullied, threatened, insulted, mocked and done all sorts of other negative things by (former and current) social media websites such as Yahoo! Answers, Omegle, Reddit, X (former Twitter), and even Quora. Facebook is excellent for having online relationships with good people in your life that you trust, especially for introverts like me. Just make sure that these folks are like that. And since people there use their real names, instances of trolling are fewer.
I accidentally added ₹10,000 INR to the wrong Facebook Ads account (Account ID: **************). No ads were run on this account – the full balance remains unused. I intended to add the funds to my business Ads account (Madhrri Ads Account). I've contacted Meta Support but haven't received a resolution yet. Is there any way to get a refund or transfer of the balance to the correct account? Has anyone experienced a similar issue and resolved it? Any insights or help would be appreciated!

I enjoy the posts and groups on Facebook. I really like the memes and reels. It's very entertaining.
But, I don't like their so called community standards. They are unreasonable and step all over our fundamental rights of freedom of speech. They get more and more restrictive in a selective way. Banning and bleeping out everyday words as they see fit. As well as restricting accounts if you offend them.
Who's community standards? Opinions are usually offensive to someone who doesn't agree, that doesn't mean they should be stifled or removed. Facebook doesn't have the right to preach on what's moral or what's offensive because that's just someone's opinion.
And when you are accused of violating their community standards, you get no recourse. No reason why, no chance to defend yourself or give any feedback on the issue.
I feel they overstep their authority and their community standards is garbage.

Facebook is the largest racist platform on the internet. And their bull$#*! little $#*!es who block everyone for stupid $#*!, not to mention I get blocked for 30 days over a SCREEN SHOT of a porn ad they allowed to be posted, but since it was a SALES ad it was OK for the naked girl holding some guys junk with it inches from her mouth, I reported it twice in one day, and they did nothing, so I reposted the ad and their COMMUNITY STANDARDS bans me for 30 days. Ya know what racist jew boy Mark Zuckerberg can go $#*! himself. Definitely not hurting me one bit, and my million us followers also followed my deletion and they dropped the bull$#*! site... Facebook is about the most stupidest website ever. After 3 years of mediocre service and Hughes techs telling me I needed to buy more time eventually paying $3100 pesos for supposedly 50G, we had a hurricane and were closed three weeks. When I called for service, they said we had used up all our time, and we needed to buy "tokens". It was and had been a scam. When I posted on social media and consumer sites, they punished me dropping service to. 01 GB. I ordered Starlink, received the package in 10 days, and installed it in an hour. Now instead of 3-4 MGPBS, we are getting 180-220 with no limits. I now pay $2200 pesos monthly. When I called Hughes to cancel, the accountant Abby Perez told me I had to pay for the previous month. Since I always paid monthly in advance, this was another attempted scam.

Here's a tip Zuck: People can't reason with or effectively initiate productive conversations with algorithms. A local news station posted a story about two people who molested a child and ended up damaging the genitals of the child. Police captured the perpetrators and I replied "Hope they are executed" and I was banned. I didn't call for vigilante justice, nor did I incite others to commit violence. Execution is defined by Oxford as "a legal process in which a death sentence is carried out" Absolutely asinine!
Bans the accounts even before the campaigns are created. I'm trying to promote my blog about healthy eating and I'm getting endless account bans.
Please note that they don't ban marijuana ads and I see quite a few of them, as do casinos, sports betting, and the like.

So many advertisers. You are always competing to sell yourself as an organisation. Many people take for granted what goes in the real world due to addiction for long periods. Damaging for mental health. People have to realise Facebook is not the real world. There is no real engagement on the platform. If you want to promote your business, do not depend on facebook and waste money. Look at personal contacts to build your business that can tailor to you.
I got alerted that someone was trying to access my very old Facebook account last night—I haven't used it in years, so I reported it to them and changed my password. After accidentally clicking on the "this wasn't me" option in the Account Recovery Code email I received from Facebook, I was locked out. I started to submit my ID as proof of verification multiple times, and still nothing. As soon as I get my Facebook account back, I'm leaving the platform. Facebook is a horrible place, not taking care of their customers/users.
Yeah, facebook with it's double standards- can't say a single swear word if they don't like you and will prevent you from posting etc. BUT, when someone posts something toxic, racist and you report them, facebook does exactly F.CK ALL! I hope people will leave this crap app.

Zuck banned me for a post not identified on a site not named and there is no way to know why the Bot Agent took this action. Supplied info requested - nothing! Cut off from family, business, news and sites used over ten years. Cannot appeal or respond after sending numerous emails to Metaverse. There are NO LIVE persons to contact. Viet Nam Vet, 73 yrs old, Marine Sgt, family person, police officer, taxpayer - and yet Zuck arrested, tried, convicted and imprisoned me without redress or trial. The Gulag is alive and well at Facebook/Meta. This is what my family has fought "for" since the Revolutionary War?
