Wife bought a dress for our sons wedding and it wasn't like the website at all! It wasn't anywhere near the size she requested. Try and get your money back? Good luck, because all you will get is a run around and then if you do get a return you will ONLY get half of what you spent and you will pay the shipping back so you will pretty much eat the whole cost of the item. JUST STAY AWAY AND BUY SOMETHING FROM YOUR LOCAL RETAILER!

Stay clear. Do not order from this site. They have horrible customer service and will not provide any resolution. They promised to pay for some portion if the dresses needed altering, my dresses were two sizes to small. Even though I sent pictures of my measurements and the measurements of the dresses proving they were not made to the scale, they did not refund the cost of the dresses. I had to spent $120 to alter one of the dresses so it wasn't a throw away and the other dress I ordered is not able to be altered. Additionally, the material and way the dress is made is done cheaply, you are better to buy material and have a tailor custom make a dress, you are cost wise in same position. Stay clear.

I have a wedding coming up in a month and found a dress i thought would be real nice to have... ordered it... got it... besides not really liking the color i tried it on and it was lacking a few inches of being able to zip up. I went online and did the chat think. Rep tells me to email... so i emailed. Took 3 days for them to reply and just to say. We can't take it back. It was hand made and "didn't you see size chart on website"! I spent 179 dollars on a dress i can't wear or return. Terrible business! They steal people's money and they get away with it. How are they allowed to stay in business? Someone should look into it! I've been telling everyone never to order from this website!

Unfortunately I did not read any reviews before ordering an a dress on this website. I was kinda in a hurry to have it in time for my granddaughters wedding. I was surprised to see the pkg came DIRECT from a China address, but that was just the beginning. It did not exactly match the color or design as depicted on their website. The bust sizing was at least 3 inches off. And a tailor said it could only be altered up to an inch and 1/2. So, I had to buy another dress and this FabParty has refused to do anything other than to tell us to donate the dress as they made it correctly.
PLEASE-- stay as far away from this website as possible!

I ordered a dress from this fab pretty dress and did not like the way it fit. I wanted to return the dress. I had to email them and several days later got a reply saying that they are sorry but that if I didn't like the dress I should try to resell it online. They will not refund my money. And after several emails asking for return address they will not give it to me nor do they have any intentions on a refund. They said they would sent me $12.00 and to try to sell it online. They are scamming people. Any merchandise should be returnable and refunded by any ligitimate company. Beware, do not order from this website.

This is the worst place to deal with! I will never order from this site again! I ordered a Prom Dress for my daughter and when she received the dress, it was HORRIBLE! It was made so cheaply and it was the wrong size! The measurements were not even close to what we sent in! I have been emailing this company back and forth for months now and they keep giving me the runaround and will NOT refund my money. Not only did I pay for this crappy dress, I had to pay the shipping to return it - NEVER, EVER AGAIN! TOTAL SCAM! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered my dress sent all my measurements and was excited to receive my dress, but that was short lived. I tried the dress on and it was two sizes too small, the hem was crooked. I called Customer service and was asked to photograph my measurements, and send them as well as a body photo of myself. I complied and after 48 hours I got an email stating they sent it to the manufacturer and the dress was made correctly adding take it to my local seamstress for alterations. BUYER BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!
Addendum... I have had the dress to a professional seamstress who said they have had numerous dresses from the same company with similar issues. She stated there was nothing she could do, and the seams were ragged, and not enough fabric to alter. The dress was not made to my measurements, some areas of the dress was one size off and others were two sizes off. The hallow (the length) was 3 inches off the measurements I gave.

I ordered a dress online and it is too small at the bust. I could not close the zipper by 3 inches. When I sent them an Email to return the dress - there was no address. They would not give me one. Then they asked me if I sent the wrong size. To take a picture of the dress on not fitting, with tape measurements showing then they would decide if they made a mistake. The dress seemed to be well made but seriously let me return and get another size! Once they get your money - you will not see it.

I purchased a dress from this company I received it on April 2 2015, the dress too small I returned it the same day.
I have been calling and sending emails and no one would respond to.me.
April 22nd 2015 I received a email stating that they received my package.
To dates they have not returned my dress to me or have given me credit for my money they have received I have been emailing them every day.
They keep giving me the run around.

Now I am telling everyone read the reviews before shopping with this company.
