This company are SCAMMERS! They will charge $300 for for a $20 wig. They will say it is real hair but it is 20% real hair and 80% lowgrade synthetic. They go under the names: Donalove wigs, Ho Wigs, Pro wigs, fabbeauty dresses (they are also selling fake Daytona tickets), StyleWe and who knows what else. They have 81 websites connected to their IP address. When publicity gets really bad, they go underground and trade under another name. If you need a wig and want to buy online, go with Ebay. Ebay monitor their companies and something like this will not be tolerated.

Ordered a dress 2 sizes bigger than my normal size, going by there size chart and just to be sure and the dress is still 2 sizes to small. Emailed the company for an exchange only to find out they don't exchange. They suggested I give the dress I paid for as a gift or try to re sell it. I bought the dress for my sons wedding, so disappointed! I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THEIR POLICY THAT SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR BEFORE YOU PAY! I OWN A DRESS THAT DOESNT FIT ME!

I ordered a dress using the sizing chart provided on the web site. When the dress arrived, it did not fit. The only way to contact the company is via email as they are located in China. They responded to be request to return the dress, but were told I had to take my measurements and send them pictures to show that I was actually the size I ordered. Although I found the request to be odd, I did promptly respond. I was then contacted the following day indicating I did not measure myself correctly. When I responded that I had in fact measured exactly as they directed, I reviewed the following:
The way you measured is incorrect and choose wrong size of dress.
So it does not fit, it is not our fault.
Hope you can understand.

It is clear to me that they will not accept any return regardless of the issue. Do not buy anything from this website as you will be stuck with a low quality, ill fitting garment!

I ordered a dress and had it custom made. I sent in accurate measurements. I received it yesterday and was so disappointed. It looks like a first grader tried to put it together. The neck bodice hangs awkwardly. The material is inferior. The dress looks like something you would purchase at goodwill at a discount table. They have zero customer service. There is no way to call or return the item. I paid $168.00 for this dress. Even though I tried to reach them to return this item I have had no response. Its obvious they have many unsatisfied customers. When the dress arrived, there was no invoice, no return address and certainly no ph number to contact them. They want to stay hidden. They know their product is inferior. I don't know how they have stayed in business..

Received two dresses that looked like a 12 year old did them. I requested and was denied
A refund. After writing to this unscrupulous company and letting them know I filed a complaint with E Commerce and my State Attorney General, they now offer 50% of the sale back but I have to pay to ship it. The total was $250 meaning they were offering $125 + $15 for my troubles (their words). Well that's great except it's $144 to ship the dresses back. NO, not kidding.

Also I asked my bank if I could fight the charge and they said they can try but they would have to disable my debit card for the duration and since they had originally declined the payment and I called and asked to override, they're not sure they'll be successful.

FabBeauty also suggested I sell the dresses. They're horrible, who would want them?

I purchased a dress from Fabpartydress.com. It was beautiful in the picture. Received the dress and it looked nothing like the picture, the color, the fabric, the design. EVERYTHING was wrong. I have emailed the company several times to send it back and get a refund but per the pictures that I sent to them they say nothing is wrong with the dress, that there will be a 5% variation from the picture(definitely more than that) and would only send me $20 for alterations. Please think twice before purchasing from this site.
