I ordered 4 pairs if kids shoes. I received a bra in a tiny bag. They said the shoes were shipped in 2 orders separate and had same tracking number which isnt possible. Ive spent countless hours on the phone over my $90 in shoes and received nothing but a headache. No refund. No reshipment. Nothing.
I had no problem ordering. But I got notification that the order had shipped. Problem is that it sat in New Jersey for almost a month awaiting to arrive at USPS. I ordered things from over seas and received it faster. It seriously makes me unhappy and have an undeserved feeling of ordering again. I have even considered cancelling my membership.

Ordered four sets of comfortable fall outfits and my son's are to small according to the size chart he should have room to grow in them and thats not the case sadly. My daughter loves her outfits and has worn them numerous times already as she lives for comfort. Besides this the day after I ordered over 100 in merchandise everything purchased went on sale so i was no da disappointed.

My daughter's dress was missing a button hole (but still functional). I was told the only thing the could do for me is exchange it. It's a plaid flannel dress, and has a limited season, so I didn't want her to miss the season with exchanges. I would have been happy with a partial credit, but right now I'm just frustrated. I order clothes online to simplify, not complicate my life.

I purchased items two months ago and still have yet to receive my items! So i wanted a refund I now have to wait four to six weeks for a paper check! When I was a VIP member! Very unprofessional and a complete scam!
