Great response for my custom commission for a cosplay costume!

I measured myself and used the size guide and it still came a lot smaller than it was said to be. So it don't fit now it's money wasted.

This was the first time we've ordered from ezcosplay and I'm happy that we did. The delivery and product quality were great.

It was nicely made but it doesn't fit right and the arm pieces are far too small

The hat was way too small. This was a custom measurement order. A hat size was not requested and I did not think of adding it. Other than that, the quality and fit of the remainder of the costume was good.

Had your website glitch out a few times during my orders where it doesn't deduct EZ points properly, or it takes my Paypal money but then the order itself gets an error and doesn't generate an invoice number. Had to contact staff to solve them. Thankfully staff is usually very helpful.

The armour that I ordered wasn't tailored when I paid extra for it to be, they slip down my legs and don't fit at all

The hat and gloves were disappointing and we bought a replacement for both items. Other than that the delivery was early and the rest of the costume fits. Wish there were pockets in the pants.

Extra £37 for shipping with no alternative sucks. Was a snug fit and a little short.

Only tough issue is ensuring right sizing due to North American sizing being a little bigger then Asia. But otherwise order was unbelievably quick and looks awesome can't wait to use it on Halloween!

Was happy with the costume but u happy with how long it took for it to be processed and shipped to us when we paid for it shipped quickly, didn't end up having it before the wear date.

Please update shipping with the order. Good experience overall

Good choices and looks to use good quality materials

First time buyer will see how everything turns out when product is recieved.

Arrived in perfect time, well-made

Sizing was accurate, I did go a size up just to make sure it fits me, and I will modify it to my needs.

Shopping experience was easy.

Custom order was not even close to fitting.
