My lens have already cracked in three different spots. I contacted customer service and they said since I am outside the return policy time frame by 1 week, they are unable to replace them. They will fix them at my cost plus shipping. I usually have glasses for two years before getting new ones. I should have bought them full price from my eye doctor instead of looking for a bargain. I will shop elsewhere in the future.
Customer service rep was courteous, attentive and supportive. I will definetly use EZ Contacts in the future.
I had chatted with Hadjji G first, but he hung up on me before I could reply to his offer to ship my glasses via expedited shipping. And he didn't let me know that he had contacted the lab to get my glasses shipped today. Then I talked to Daryl and he found out that the request had been made and contacted the lab to confirm that my glasses will be sent today. Wonderful!

My daughter loves her new sports googles. She wears them all the time for soccer practice and games. They are comfortable and very durable and can endure the extreme vigors of aggressive play on the soccer field. She loves the color selection too. We will definitely buy another pair for my other daughter who plays select soccer as well. Worth the money to find a good quality sports googles.
I have a unique prescription and they handled it well. New Nike sunglasses are perfect and now I can see at the beach!
This is the secon time I order from EZcontacts, this time I added my prescription to the sunglasses and I am very satisfied with glasses but they came much late than expected, the same happened the first time.
I ordered glasses for my son and it was a very easy process. He really likes the glasses. I would definitely order from them again.
It took a month to get the glasses. When they arrived they were great, but every time I asked about the status, I was told the glasses were on their way.
I've found my new place to purchase glasses and contacts. So far I'm loving my purchase, the ordering process was easy best of all no middle man mark up.
I receive these in the mail as promised. However when I wore them I felt dizzy and sick to my stomach. I thought it was because it was a new prescription and I needed time to get use to it. Later my glasses came in, that I ordered from the eye doctor. They did not make me sick. So I asked them and they said my prescription was about the same as my previous one. When I called, the guy at EZ basically said too bad. He said, we filled the prescription correctly. So now, at my expense, I must send these back. He suggestion in store credit, for an exchange, but I pointed out that this would not help me. I wanted what I ordered to work. So he finally agreed to a refund. I haven't sent them back yet. So we will see how that goes soon enough.
Definately will order again! I am completely satisfied. My glasses were delivered within days of my order.
I ordered my polo glasses on april 29th and paid for 2nd day air only to never see my glasses because FEDEX shows them as delivered but they weren't delivered to me i never signed for anything and neither did any of my neighbors. Ezcontacts customer service has not done much to make this right. So here i sit with no glasses and have not been told if my account has been credited or if a replacement pair will be sent. FEDEX and EZCONTACTS are totally garbage
I knew the brand of glasses that I wanted so all I had to do was search for them and pop in my prescription. It only took a few minutes and I was done.

I have been a repeat customer of EZContacts over the years. The initial driver had been due to the competitive pricing, but having contacted the customer service recently on a request which was solved without issues, I can say that I will be returning for future purchases.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
