It was perfect

Your site is very user friendly and your products are outstanding, at least the first pair of frames I purchased a few years ago. The frames on this recent order make me question your quality control. There was a problem with the screws for the earpieces and I had to get a replacement pair of frames. The screws on the replacement frames looked slightly damaged, but at least were acceptable.

The sunglasses were as advertised however they were clearly a pair that had been returned and had sticky residue on one of the arms presumably from a tag.

Online easy. Wish you took insurance so I could get lenses as well.

The lenses didn't seem right. I took them to the optometrist who wrote the prescription and the lenses are not at all accurate. We will be returning them if we can get to it within your 30-day window.

Overall a good experience. Got a pair here previously and was pleased with the glasses, thus the second order.

Selection can't be beat, especially if you are looking for rounder, lightweight frames (VERY hard to find in the local stores).

They were able to get the frames I needed when other companies couldn't. Received them when they said they would. I would use them again, and I did. I ordered another pair of frames and order is being processed.

The prescription was accurately ground Ziss glass. The delivery was prompt.

Called C/S - no wait time, representative was pleasant, patient and consultative. It was great to not encounter any language barriers.

Overall great value. Eyeglasses.com installed my old lenses in new frames. Not the cheapest online, but significantly less than the optometrist and much quicker delivery of frames. Great customer service and quick turnaround.

The customer service is horrible. They quoted 1-2 days delivery. It was six weeks. I had to call supplier for delivery information. Customer service just said "we ill get back to you". Never did. Also the girl at customer service had a bad attitude. A company is know by the service it gives. In this case it was poor.

Overall a good experience. Glasses arrived within 2 weeks and as described.

3rd time back. Easy to use. Great product.

Although I ordered frames with lens, I was asked to send my frames to complete the order. An e-mail communication finally resolved the issue, and the glasses arrived via one day UPS delivery. The frames with lens are just what I wanted.
