So basically what they will do is, work on your order in the last day even if you give them 1 month, then they will ask you for extra time (It can reach up to 1 more month) so basically if you paid for something urgent like 7 days or 3 days, you will pay extra couple of hundreds but they will finish it within a month or so. If you ask for refund they will tell you they can't and the only way they will refund you is through the wallet in their website so you can spend the money there again but never actually refund you.

I have used Extra Essay several times and they haven't let me down!

The service and attention to clients is overall rather good, with clear communication, a strict set of rules regarding deadlines and instructions, and overall good presentability.
My issue with extraessay is that the writers are unable to produce any decent work. I requested an undergraduate level research proposal, and provided the grading rubric, as well as several example reports from successful students. The work provided by the writer was mediocre at best and contained sections that were inexcusable when assessed with the grading rubric I had provided. I contacted customer service several times, and although they tried to have someone look over the work, the best they were able to do was reword some sections of the paper initially made (which barely passed as an academic paper). Now, I don't know in which country they are based but if you study anywhere in the EU, do not expect anything decent beyond highschool level.
Furthermore, they never offered any type of compensation, although I had spent 440$ with them. Disgraceful!

Of the total moeny I had paid for helping with my thesis, I have got only 50%. Even when ExtraEssay team did nothing for me to get my work done, nor paying my money back. The worst service I have ever seen. This is pure unjust and fake. 0 Trustworthyyyyy.

The writer did nothing, unlesss copying/pasting other students work in the introduction of my thesis, which was 100% plagiarism. Further the writer did nothing to finish my paper. Every time he/she asked for extra time. Now almost a week after the first deadline, nothing has been done. My deadline is in less than 6 hours and I have basically done nothing, as I trusted ExtraEssay team and writers. This is the first and last time I will work with ExtraEssay. I have never feel the disappointment I feel now... what a shame.

Butchered 2 Master's level assignments. 1 assignment was 2 days late. Instructions are not followed, messages to writers go unanswered, and there are always grammatical and punctuation errors, ALWAYS!

The writers are mediocre at best, and revisions aren't actal revisions.

1 assignment was for a funding proposal and the assignment didn't even mention a request for funding. Appeared to be written by a high school student.

I would highly suggest researching another company because this one will just take your money and not get the job done, despite having 10 days to do so.

To make matters worse, I spoke with someone in customer service who ensured me the revision would be correct and 2 hours before the assignment was due, it was still 100% WRONG.

I was assigned a very inexperienced writer, that did not even know a common type/form of dissertation. Four weeks after deadline and 6 drafts later, trying to get a new writer, meanwhile trying to educate the writer on how to do research and how to write a method section on a qualitative study, pointed out fraud in the written piece to the author and support. I gave up and asked for my money back. But they did not butch, said that I did not give writer the change to make things right. Sorry but I thought I paid for an experienced writer, not someone that had to be educated as well, I would have been far easier off writing the damn thing myself. So no points for the author, no point for support, and no point for the final handling of this order.
