The medals and the engraving were fantastic. The small clasp used to attach the medallion to the ribbon was cheap looking, so I wish I'd paid the.50 each for them to attach the medal directly without the link. Otherwise, I was very satisfied!

This is my third time ordering and every single time my order was on time, and well delivered.
It took MANY tries to submit the order and my shipping changed from 8.99 to 13something.
Shopping experience great, I would however prefer to wait until product is received for a full review. We received our order and were VERY impressed with the product!
I received my order in a timely manner. When I opened the box, I found I had some of my order and another order. I contacted Express Medals right away and they were able to get the rest of my order to me before I needed it for our awards ceremony. I also had a broken piece and they sent me two toppers to replace the one that was broken. The only thing I am still waiting on was a correction to a misspelled trophy plate. This should be in within a couple of days and everything will be fixed.
