I needed to cancel an order a few minutes after I placed it because I found an item that I liked better. Ryan was able to efficiently help me with that with no problem!
When my order arrived, there was one trophy broken and several that had black marks on the white baseball. I was able to glue the broken one and put some white out over the black marks and the kids LOVED them!
My only suggestion is that they could have been packaged a little better with more cushion as to avoid breaking and scratching.

OK except could not enter text and called they said after purchased they would contact me for text. That should be noted. After talking with company and making order everything went Great! I was late ordering the medals and Trophies, all required engraving. They knocked the order out very quickly and sent me the order without having to expedite the shipping. Everything came perfect. It was a relief for my lack of planning.
