I made a note that I needed the medals by September 6 and paid for expedited shipping. My medals were delivered on the evening of September 7,12 hours after the event was finished. If I needed to pay for a different shipping method, you had my email and my phone to call and I would have paid more. I was very disappointed that despite having asked when I needed them, nobody reached out to up sell shipping when they wouldn't arrive on time otherwise.
Other than that, the medals were beautiful and well engraved. Very affordable and I will consider purchasing again (very early) for next year's event.
