After I completed my order, I discovered there was an item I forgot to include. I didn't want to pay extra shipping so I "talked" with the person available to help via messaging. She made it so easy to add my item to my previous order and walked me through the steps. Ordering from expressmedals.com was a great experience and the items I received are better than I expected. I ordered a softball championship ring for my daughter but I got a football ring. We got it when we expected and we were excited to give it to her because we had a party to give it to her. We were so upset to have to give her a football ring. My husband called and they did send us a softball ring but it was disappointing to see her upset with the whole mix up
