I didn't realize that it was painted, it made the engraving difficult.

I received my order on time (in fact it was ahead of schedule) and was very pleased with the product. Customer service on the phone was also very helpful. I would certainly order from Express Medals agsin. Thank you for helping me with the event i was planning for.

Only disappointment was that I asked for the possibility of getting 6 engravings to replace on 6 trophies I had left over from last year. I was quoted the entire price of a new trophy. If it would've been even a dollar cheaper, I would have ordered them.

Update. I got the trophys that i ordered in 3 days. They were beautiful and my boys are going to love them. Thank you Express medals for allowing me to give my kids the recognition they deserve at a price that i could afford!

When I emailed and left a voicemail asking for information I never got a response. The product and price and delivery time were great.

Products were WAY smaller than described and than prior years when we ordered a size smaller than this year. Makes no sense. Total lack of empathy or solution from the company - will not ever be repeating the purchase.
