I had quite a challenge completing the order for 12 medals. I had to make two calls for assitance which shouldn't have been needed. When placing an order for medals that say 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. The final order should indicate the specific place not just say "1st place" for each of the three groups. This is frustrating for someone who wants to be absolutely certain that the information is correct before sending it out.
