The only issue is that a text box does not open for each separate medal and the website is a bit difficult to navigate.
The awards were priced well. The orders were done in one day and shipped the same day. There were no additional charge for my logo or extra text. I saved at least $25 over the other sites.
Great product. Had an issue with a tie for third place in our pinewood derby and needed another medal for 3rd place.
Only one issue. I was very careful when opening the mailer using my sissors and cut on the very edge of the package. Unfortunately, the ribbon on the medal was doubled over right to the edge of the envelope and I managed to cut the ribbon in half. The boy I gave it to was still glad but did look at the ribbon a bit wired. I told him he could add the medal to the ribbon he already had.
Other than that it has been a great experience and I plan on ordering other things as the need arises.
