The checkout process was a little hard to follow- maybe it was my computer's software. Initially, there was no spot to type an email address, and I didn't realize I needed an actual customer account.

A couple issues in the beginning - Discription of item not clear - shows picture of three medals but the selections only allow for one ribbon, one bag and one engraving to be added. Also, no delivery date was given and no information on when iems would be shipped prior to checking out. Since there is no phone number for customer service, I had to email. The response was very quick and all questions were answered. Shipping was fast. Product was perfect. Price was amazing!
