The medals exceeded my expectations for quality. The prices were right on target for what I expected. The speed and accuracy of shipment exceeded my expectations.
It took me over an hour to order because it said I already had an email address and I needed to add another one. Also, I had a hard time finding the shipping and handling info.

Can't edit shopping cart. I needed to delete the item, find it again, then add it. Streamlining the process would be helpful.
It was a very difficult site to get around. Sometimes things would come up and then disappear. The engraving process was confusing as well. The page kept saying I could enter the text when in reality I could not. I have ordered two medals to be engraved and was only given one set of lines to add text and those not until AFTER I had landed on the check out page. Very frustrating. But the order came through looking amazing and just what we wanted.
They were quick, effeicnet, and the end product was exactly what we were looking for!

Very satisfied with the medals I ordered. Much heavier and nicer in person than I expected, especially for the cheap price. Best price I found online. Customer service was very helpful (had question about engraving and changing ribbon color) and they arrived VERY fast...about 2 days after ordering. Highly recommend.

My first order arrived quickly but the packaging was damaged in route and in turn 15 of my 17 medals were not in the envelope. Express medals immediately took care of it and sent the 15 medals out which got here in record time.
