I typed in my email during the billing and shipping information. I then entering in all my credit card information. Then I clicked "Place Order" Apparently I couldn't place my order because "my email was already registered. However, when I tried to sign in and recover my password, it says that my email address was not registered. What the heck! I don't know what happened. I then put in my work email to place the order. Then it said "choose a shipping method" However, a shipping method was already chosen! Definitely a frustrating 15 minute process that should have only taken 5 minutes. Not a happy customer. Let's hope I get the medals in time and that they are what I ordered. I didn't even have the opportunity to view my engraving to make sure it was correct.
As a result of not being able to view my engraving to make sure there were not mistakes, my order was placed without review. As it turns out, there was a mistake. Come to find out I now have a product that I can't use and according to expressmedals.com policy, there are no returns on engraved items. This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Hopefully expressmedals.com reads this and would want to make things right.
