I was initially very concerned (panicking) because I put a "7" instead of a "6" in the "date needed by" box at the end of the order screen. My suggestion to the team was that they STATE on the website that they hold or wait to process orders according to the date the customer inputs in this box. This box came at the end of the order and it felt like an afterthought to me. Regardless of the date I put in the "needed by" box, the order would have had plenty of time to get to us based on when we placed the order and the standard shipping if they would have processed it when they received it. When the package didn't come, I looked on my order to track it and then found that I had entered the "7" (meaning July instead of June). I panicked and emailed the office. After several conversations, they finally agreed to send it to me in time for my event.
So why am I rating the experience and product at such a high rating? Because they came through for us! We disagreed on the process, but the outcome was that they held up their end of the deal. Sure, they didn't process the order when they received it and yes I indicated the wrong month, but in the end they came through for us and we had our products in time for our children's event. And for that I am writing a positive review. Additionally, the product is well-made, good quality, and they all came exactly as I indicated on my order (correct colors, shape, design, engraving, etc.).
I DO recommend this company for future purchases. Just make sure you input the correct date...it's extremely important!

The medals were better in appearance than I actually anticipated. Delivery was slightly delayed, but that was a postal service error, and they still arrived in plenty of time.

Quick, easy and helpful
I've ordered from Express Medals a few times and great experience! One medal order had to be sent overnight and the others were rush as well - but received in just a few days regular mail. Couldn't have been more pleased with service when I had to contact directly. Easy to use site and great selection/ prices. Great way to end the season with medals for our little leaguers!
