Perfect item at the perfect price! I made a slight mistake when ordering and they responded quickly to my email, and fixed the issue without delay!

It kept telling me that the shipping amount had changed, and to review my order and re-submit. I would look at the total on that same order page, looked fine, clicked "Place Order" and would get the same error message. I had to leave the cart, go to my account, then back through the cart, enter my payment information again and event date, and THEN it went through. Bit of a hassle.

Easy to order. Easy to respond with engraved words. Nice product, sturdy like they looked on-line. Last year we got trophies from someone else and 4 were broken before our presentation was complete. We don't expect any problems this year.

I absolutely love the medals we purchased for our 5K race this year. We choose a bigger medal but were afraid it wouldn't be as good of quality and were extremely happy with them! They are nice, heavy medals that I know our participants are going to love!
