Checkout using PayPal was complicated. After numerous attempts it finally worked. Thinking it's not apple/ safari friendly had to use android phone to order. Less than- that was my part of my original email when I purchased. I never received a response. I asked for assistance with order & no one ever contacted me. Luckily The next day I tried another browser & was able to get it to go through. Shipping was fast. Price was good product was good.
This is our second order with your company, great medals and prices!
I ordered 18 medals and 2 trophies. The trophies look great. The front of the medals look great. However, 8 of the medals have incorrect engraving. On 4 medals, the engraving is barely legible.
I think what I liked most was that I got a live person in the US that I could speak with about a mistake I made. There was no red tape...no transferring to different reps...one easy correction through one person. To put the " icing on the cake" I received my shipment almost a week earlier that scheduled!
I will definitely use this company again for future orders.

Quick and easy. The bargain bin had surprisingly good quality items.
Poor packaging resulted in 7 broken trophies. I was able to glue 4 of them back together, but need to order 3 replacements due to your ridiculous return policy of 24-48 hours.
Update: New delivery of the 3 replacements arrived intact, however; the packaging is still an issue. I requested extra packing for my shipment, but I wonder if I hadn't if the 3 items would've arrived intact. The Styrofoam that the trophies are being put into before being put in the trophy boxes is the issue. It's so thin in some areas, it doesn't even exists. You definitely need to figure out a way to cut the Styrofoam better without increasing the prices of your products significantly.

I liked the medals we ordered. I wish I would have known that the engraving on the back of the resin medal was going to be on a little plaque that got attached to the medal itself as this may have swayed my selection of which medal we selected, but it will be fine. Maybe that was listed or stated somewhere and I missed it, but would have been nice to know what to expect ahead of time.
