The delivery was great. I used this company in the past, and I appreciated the hand-holding and advice I received with my previous orders. This time around, I was not getting the same customer service. It didn't feel right. I called and they asked me to use the website for the order. This year's order had an issue. I ordered medals that were not available in my time-frame. I asked for something similar and the response was, "We have so many different kinds!" "Here is a link to our football medals!" I felt like I was a burden to them, and the use of the explanation points was like yelling back at me. I went ahead and chose something, but I'm not sure if I am coming back. I miss the personal interaction these days. A.I. Is taking over and I am not a fan.
Ordering was simple online. Received trophy in a quick turnaround time. The trophy was mounted crooked on the base but we were able to straighten it out.

Dealing with Expressmedals has been fantastic. The quality of the medals is great for the price. Being able to customize the engravings for each medal made the medals more special for the recipients.
You guys made the entire process extremely easy from setup and helping with the design to following up with tracking. The finish was better than I anticipated too quality work! Thanks guys I will definitely use you again for future projects.
