I always have positive experiences ordering from your company. My cheerleaders were delighted to recieve a small token to commemorate the Fall sports season.
The medals were fine with no issues. The clips attaching the ribbons to the medals are all rusty and in extremely poor condition. I paid for the ribbons to be delivered in the bags. They were not. I ordered 11 bags of 2 colors and received 10 bags all of 1 color, so they are not usable as every child will not get one. Overall, it was a poor experience and I doubt I will use the company again. The rusty attachments are by far a big disappointment as it is obvious and would have been obvious to the seller that didn't care.
