I received my order only to find that I had mistakenly given an incorrect spelling for the labels that go on the trophies. I called via telephone and the problem was handled promptly. They sent me new labels for the trophies; I received them a few days after calling! I am very impressed with the service I received, even after I made a mistake they helped me to quickly correct it. I would order from Express Medals again and recommend them to my colleagues, friends, and family! Great service!
