Ordering was fast & easy! Delivery was fast as well! Product sufficed for the occasion... only downside that I saw was that the nameplate had already started lifting on one of the plaques, causing for something to get up under it (possibly a crumb, grain of sand or even lint... not too sure) and now it is raised on that corner & you can see it just looking at the plaque. Other than that... no complaints!

Everything was perfect! Except that I don't think the ribbon part was the part I ordered. I would also have live to view the engraved portion or have different font options. Overall I would probably shop here again!

I asked that the product be delivered by a certain day. I even called to confirm this and I did not receive them until a day after I needed them. I was disappointed that no one told me that they were not going to be able to get them to me the day I requested. I would of paid for expedited delivery had I know.
The product itself was very nice. I was satisfied with that, but not with the delivery.
