The medals are reasonable and great for our event. Customer service and turn around time is excellent. This is my second year using this company.

Great service and considering I'm based in Australia delivery times were fantastic. They even sent me sample medals at my request before I ordered my large quantity.

Had a problem with account and signing in so I got a new e-mail act then it worked

Website is VERY HARD to work with

Ordering was easy, and the option to have lanyards placed on medals was a nice option. I requested that and paid extra to save time. However, the lanyards were placed over the plastic wrapping on the medals. Now I have to take the wrapping off... which killed any time I saved. Either way... it's fine.

Belts turned out exactly like the mock up I made, and that the sent as well. No suprises, except they turned out better than expected! Couldn't be happier with them!
