Very easy website to use. Will tell other coaches.

I've been ordering from Express Medals for a couple years for my sons swim team. They have never disappointed. Even used them to order for my school district's business competition. I highly recommend.

We typically use Awards for Anything here at work--your website is much easier to use. Our interactions with your team were great. Shipping seemed a little high, but the service and website made up for it!

I was satisfied with the quality of the items purchased. However, when I received the trophies, they were "freestanding" (not attached to the base) which was not indicated on the website. Therefore, I have to find a way to attach the trophy to its base. I was not satisfied because of this issue. I was told that this was a mistake on the website and that it would be corrected, which is good for future customers, but not for me.

Absolutely outstanding! Quality of medallions is exceptional with lightning fast delivery, but it's the customer service and responsiveness of support staff that really impressed us and will bring us back as returning customers. Pleasant and professional customer service reps went over and above to provide a positive purchasing experience for our school district.

I contacted you by phone and email MANY times this week. The web site order form will not give me My Rewards credits. I want my point credit on THIS order, not more credit for a year from now. Each time I was told, well it should. That's not helpful. With time running tight, I finally just hit submit. I'll have to wait and see what I get billed.

The only problem was I was not getting to the Check out final submit. Finally my computer gave ma a split screen and I could submit, but I had entered the info 4 times. Not sure why it wouldn't give me that option prior. :(

Overall pleased with product, service, and delivery.
