I think this is my 3rd year ordering from Express Medals for several clubs & events that I'm involved in! Once again my order was perfect! The site is so user friendly, I love the rewards program & every order has been excellent! My most recent order was for a club with 40 2-7 year old children & they LOVED their acrylic trophies! I'd never ordered acrylics before & I was so happy with the quality! Thank you again Express Medals!

The product and service are great. The medals and lanyards are high quality and the engraving is clear and professional. Our yearly order is quite large and yet is always handled promptly by your company. The ordering process seems a little more complicated than last year (a new computerised system?) and unlike last year, we didn't receive an email when our order was sent (this is very handy). The international parcel arrived in 11 days as promised (thank you!). It's quite heavy and so the parcel always arrives somewhat battered (medals are fine) - it might be an idea to reinforce the parcel with some strong tape. Customer service responses are always friendly and it is a pleasure to deal with your company.
