WOW! I was a little nervous about ordering online as you can never see the real quality and you just have to trust the description... well... let me tell you I was NOT disappointed! This was the real deal. The quality was impeccable, the display box was a beautiful unexpected touch (I may have missed that in the description!). Customer service was fast about responding to my inquiries and the delivery time was shorter than I expected. Worth every dime!

The only issue I had was that my 3 yr. Old granddaughter pulled the medal off of the ribbon in seconds as she tried to get the plastic bag off.

When ordering 1st, 2nd, 3rd, medals from a series, it's really difficult to find the medals. If you find 2nd place then you have to scroll through the pages to find the other versions. It would be nice to be able to search for the series name and have the different versions of the medal come up. It would also be nice if the search 2nd order defaulted to the series.
