This time my order went through what I hope was a fluke disaster in the fulfillment portion! I needed to get the order shipped to me three times before it was correct (first it was the wrong type of medal, second it was the wrong color). Customer service was excellent and worked with me to be sure I had my correct order in time for my event. I hope that Express Medals will make the changes necessary to get my order correct the first time when I need to order again.
