My only disappointment is that 2 of the items that I ordered were not what I expected. I thought that the medals were all medal but they were actually medals with a sticker on the front. That was deceiving, according to the picture. Other than that customer service was excellent and delivery time was awesome. I will shop with the company again.

I ordered medals and they were of good quality but they somehow shorted me on ribbons by a lot. I called the company and they put the ribbons in the mail that day and I still made my deadline for the awards ceremony.

The bracelets are great but I gave it 4 stars because they are a little small for wrist bracelets.

I thought the product was a good quality for the price. I did think the shipping cost was a little high, so I ordered two years worth at one time, because the shipping cost would be the same.
