Very User Friendly
You guys are great. Even though I didn't get the pinewood derby caps for my cup trophies, you guys overnighted them so I had them in time. However, I filled out the online form with that information, and it was not addressed until I emailed the guy who confirmed my order. Otherwise, the order was great.

Website ordering was a little confusing for custom ordering and engraving. Wish waiting on pbome.was shorter to get customer support.
When I received my original shipment, engraving was wrong on one of my medals. Corrected medal was received in a very timely matter. Will shop again with Express Medals. I like like the pricing and the quality. Lots of great designs to pick from.
I bought a 1st place trophy for my 6 year old daughter to celebrate her team taking first at a dance competition (they only got a team trophy). Our trophy arrived quickly and is great quality for the price! She was so happy!
