My withdrawal request numbers are #*******, #*******, #*******, #*******, #*******, #*******
Total 6 withdrawal requests because of profitable trades run and get profit. But I'm now platinum user, and I don't get any money from Expert option till now. This process takes 6days till now, since July 5,2023.
I do believe that this is totally scam website. And they don't want to pay for profitable traders.
I asked several times to Customers Support well. Sometimes they answer and sometimes they don't answer. But all the responses are same.
They don't give satisfied answers just like my simple questions "Why delay withdrawal process?". Their answers are same "Please with patiently".
And they told their rules and regulations " they have Right to extend withdrawal process time".
I think this is so rude for the traders. It means they can hold our money as their desires.
So I asked, "When can I get back approximately and why delay process?"
But they don't answer till now.
I think this is totally scam website. And they give only at first previous withdrawals.
If you have much money and get profitable trades, they give several intentionally unpleasant and no responsibility things.
Now my real experiences are I DON'T RECEIVE ANY WITHDRAWAL REQUEST MONEY TILL NOW.

Worst app ever. They charge 10% commission on deposit and withdrawals. And they process withdrawal after 2 weeks and you will get that amount after 1 month only. Worst app and that bloody guys ask your bank details for hacking. Beware of this fraud apps like this. If you ask withdrawal money they will block you for chat and mail my withdrawal amount is ******* I lost in this fraud. To whom should I complain about this cheaters
