When you call for support you always get the canned response"we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls" After several minutes you get a message for a call back press 1 and will not lose your place in line. Very Poor Service, Slippage, Spread and Support is really bad, also they have weird rules which puts you in trouble. Their support persons are really un professionals one person say something other said that was his mistake and you have to waste your time just because to so called rules

My issue is still not solved and so called support team never understand the issue and not willing to give the solution.
About the spread I am doing Trades with BB Markets, IC Markets and never found any slippage issue or spread issue. On Exness the difference is huge.

Issue the refund and compensate me because you wasted my 10+ days for nothing and hold my money without any reason. No broker takes such a long time which you did. If my issue will not solve i will keep posting the reviews on different platforms and will file the complain against you. By Law you do not have any right to hold the payment.
