I believe it's important to share my experience so others can make an informed choice when selecting a career coach. I worked with Eximius Personnel / Melanie Diotte and found the experience unprofessional. Among other things, my personal data, including private emails and text messages, was shared with a third party without my consent which is a clear breach of confidentiality. I tried to leave feedback on her LinkedIn and Facebook pages, but those options were unavailable to me. That's why I'm sharing my experience here, so others understand why you might only see positive feedback on her pages. Also: always read all available reviews. If you only see glowing feedback, be cautious — negative experiences may not be visible. There are many reputable coaches who respect client confidentiality. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
