I'm really disappointed with my experience with Evry Jewels. One pair of earrings I bought tarnished horribly, and I even sent them a clear photo showing the damage. The other earring from the pair was accidentally thrown away by my mom, and Evry Jewels refused to refund the full set because they wanted "proof" of the second earring. I don't understand why that's necessary when the pair is made of the same material — if one tarnished that badly, it's not shocking the other would've done the same.
Their points/rewards system is a joke too. I had $9 in points that were supposed to be taken off my total, but they didn't apply it correctly.
Customer support was also really disappointing. They only offered a refund for ONE earring, and when I asked to cancel a recent order, they refused. For a company that claims to value customer satisfaction, they made everything way harder than it needed to be.
I won't be ordering from them again.

De juwelen zijn leuk, maar de costumer service trekt op niks! Moest 30 euro extra betalen voor mijn pakje in men land te mogen komen, ik dacht hmm dus ik mail waarop ze antwoorden je moet het betalen pas daarna kunnen we jou verder helpen bon ik het betalen en bewijs doorsturen dat ik dit heb betaald in mail. Wat raad je geen reactie meer. Heb hun nog 4x gemaild en altijd geen reactie. Kan echt niet!
The jewelry is nice, but the costumer service sucks! Had to pay 30 euros extra for my package to be allowed to enter my country, I thought hmm so I emailed them to which they replied you have to pay it, only then can we help you further, I will pay the receipt and send proof that I have paid for this by email. What do you guess, no more response. I emailed them 4 more times and always no response. It's really not possible!

DONT ORDER Extremely dissatisfied with this company. Order arrived way beyond the promised 2-4 day shipping, missing crucial events. Poor service and unmet assurances have led to a frustrating experience. Seeking a full refund now. Now, they're ignoring my emails regarding a refund. Strongly advise against ordering from them!

Terrible company. I made the mistake of not reading their refund policy; there isn't one. They don't allow any cancellations or refunds. I placed an order on Black Friday, everything said it was in stock. It's almost a month later and I asked for an update, and they said that over half my order is not in stock and "wont be restocked anytime soon". Now they say I can't get a refund and must get a store credit. Now I have to deal with their awful service again if I want my moneys worth. Don't order from them…Also as you can see In the photo I included, they mistakenly used my name at the end of their email. Not sure how they messed that up.

This company is disgraceful. My 13 year old daughter ordered £350 worth of jewellery without my knowledge using my phone. I emailed the company 6 minutes later to inform them this was an unauthorised purchase from a child and I needed to cancel the order. Kianna emailed me back saying they do not offer cancellations and the order will stand and there is nothing they can do.

I recently ordered some jewelry from Evryjewels after hearing about them from TikTok and I was so impressed with the quality of their products! I love how the rings also come in a size 5 which is my size because it is usually hard to find rings that fit. I have been wearing them for some weeks now and they have not tarnished!
