I'd stopped by the PDX store a while back to try on boots and have been contemplating the purchase for a while. Sale price sealed the deal. Folks in the shop were super helpful and knowledgeable.

This was my first purchase from Evo.Com. When I received my new board, it unfortunately had some minor damage to the outer frame. This purchase was the first wakeboard I personally have ever owned, up to this point I have used rentals and friends boards. I reached out to Evo via email with my concerns to the minor damage. I wanted to know if it was something to truly be concerned about or if it was more cosmetic and everything would be fine. Through the entire process the Evo team was extremely professional and quite honestly, some of the best customer service I have ever received. They spent the time walking through the damage with me, giving me options of what I could do and never made me feel like I was being "dramatic" about it.
All in all, I would like to say "Thank you" again to the evo team for this amazing experience. I am super stoked about owning my own gear now and can't wait to start riding.
