Shopping at EVO is fantastic for snowboarding. I used this site a LOT in order to compare many different snowboards and bindings because this site offers more comprehensive and understandable information on each product. In fact, as the product gets newer (and the site becomes older and more experienced) there is even more information included with each product, which is VERY helpful when trying to find what I'm really looking for. By far, the best snowboard product site I've used to date!

Shipping was good but delivered item had a bit of damage. Since it is a used item, maybe this is normal but the scratch was bit deeper than I expected.

I realize order delivery depends on UPS schedules and trucks, but I have ordered at least 4-5 times from EVO in the last year and all but 1 order was late by at least a day, even one I paid extra to have expedited delivery around last Christmas. Very Frustrating part of the whole process. Great store, great stuff, delivery via UPS...count on it being late
