The problem with shipping was because the item was sent UPS then sent to USPS in which they never attempted to sdeliver my item. I had to go pick it up.

I live in Hongkong and want to send the stuff to my friend in the US, but I hv to checkout with PayPal. So I was connected to my PayPal account, but then the name on shipping address was changed to mine (that I filled into the billing address fields) instead of my friend's (so she wont be able to retrieve the bulky item at post office with her ID).
Please do something about this.

I sent two questions off for advice and i got quick awesome responses! Only thing i found sort of weird is how some bindings and boards don't say if they are 4x4 2x4 or whatever, i found out by googling but it'd be nice to have that for every board and binding.

Site is very easy to navigate and find exactly what I am looking for. When I came to the store to pickup my order, the staff working the floor were incredibly helpful and easily approachable. The staff at will-call were quick to grab my items and offered to recycle the boxes allowing me to just take my items without having to deal with the waste materials.
