During one of evo's great sales, I bought a snowboard as well as a pair of bindings. Then a couple days later I saw they had an even bigger sale going on, where the products I recently bought were actually cheaper than what I paid for them. I emailed customer service to see if I could get the lesser amount charged to my credit card instead, and that same day they gave me back the difference in prices. Cheers!
